Located in beautiful San Miguel de Allende and founded in October of 2024, my studio offers private, duets, group, and online Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis classes.

- INTRO SPECIAL: Your first two private 55 minute sessions will be $35 dollars each
- 55 minute private session $60 dollars
- 85 minute private session $85 dollars
- 55 minute duet session $35 dollars per person
- 55 minute group Gyrokinesis session $15 dollars per person(up to 4 people)
- Online private Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis session available upon request

Most people feel great immediately after their session–taller, longer, looser, and less compressed. Some people might feel soreness, fatigue, or slight dizziness, which is all normal. Make sure to stay hydrated and be gentle with your body.
