GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods are innovative movement systems that cultivate strength from within and foster a deep connection between the mind, body, and breath.
These low-impact strength training practices, combined with fluid movements, improve joint mobility, alignment, posture, balance, circulation, and flexibility, while also helping to reduce pain and regulate the nervous system.
My Story
With a twenty year career in ballet and contemporary dance, I found my way into the GYROTONIC® method through rehabbing some of my dance related injuries. It’s a pleasure to bring this unique system to San Miguel de Allende!
